In the wake of his ongoing run at this point of the 2025-26 season for the Los Angeles Lakers, Luka Doncic also finds himself facing a significant off-court matter.

In a report published by TMZ, Doncic's partner has filed a petition for child support of their two minor children.
Per court papers, Anamaria Goltes moved back to Slovenia in May last year, along with her kids with Doncic. As such, the petition does not seek custody orders, only child support and attorney fees.
Doncic and Goltes began their relationship in 2016, with the NBA superstar proposing on July 7, 2023. The couple later welcomed Gabriela on Nov. 30, followed by the birth of Olivia two years later on Dec. 4, 2025, in which the Lakers sensation missed two games as he visited his youngest daughter in Slovenia.
Leading the Lakers (39-25) to the fifth-best record in the West, Doncic is averaging an NBA-high 32.5 points with 8.4 assists, 7.8 rebounds and 1.5 steals in 52 games this season for LA.
