Browns 2026 draft order is set … for now

The 2026 NFL Draft is still a little more than six weeks away, but the Cleveland Browns now know where they will be selecting during those three days in April.

Having released the list of compensatory draft picks earlier, of which the Browns did not receive any, general manager Andrew Berry is currently in possession of the following selections:

* Round 1, No. 6 overall

* Round 1, No. 24 overall (acquired in a 2025 draft day trade from the Jacksonville Jaguars)

* Round 2, No. 39 overall

* Round 3, No. 70 overall

* Round 4, No. 107 overall

* Round 5, No. 146 overall

* Round 5, No. 149 overall (acquired in the 2025 trade of Joe Flacco to the Cincinnati Bengals)

* Round 6, No. 206 overall (acquired in the 2025 trade of Joe Tryon-Shoyinka to the Chicago Bears)

* Round 7, No. 248 overall (acquired in the 2024 trade of Nick Harris to the Seattle Seahawks)

That selection had originally belonged to the Las Vegas Raiders, who sent it to the Browns at the end of the 2025 preseason in exchange for quarterback Kenny Pickett.

The list irritatingly does not include any trades agreed to since the end of the 2025 season because those trades will not become official until Wednesday at 4 p.m., when the new league year opens.

So that explains why the Browns are still listed as having the first pick in the fifth round, even though that selection will belong to the Texans.
