ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported the Baltimore Ravens told the Las Vegas Raiders they no longer agree to the trade for edge rusher Maxx Crosby.
Neither team has provided a reason for the cancelled trade. But on NFL Network, league insider Mike Garafolo reported the Ravens are cancelling the trade because of a failed physical.
The fallout from the Crosby deal being off was just beginning Tuesday night. It could have ramifications across the league.
But plain and simple, Crosby is available to be traded somewhere else. Before the Ravens landed him in their handshake agreement with the Raiders, the Cowboys were one of the final teams trying to acquire the All-Pro edge rusher.
