Suns' Devin Booker and Bucks' Giannis Antetokounmpo
The Phoenix Suns opened their six-game road trip on the right note, outlasting the Milwaukee Bucks for a 129-114 win Tuesday.
Suns get hot, earn massive win over giannis, bucks
It was a sum of multiple players’ efforts, as Devin Booker led the way with 27 points, Jalen Green added 25 points, and Royce O’Neale scored all 21 of his points in the second half.
Phoenix withstood red-hot shooting from Milwaukee, which was absolutely unconscious from beyond the arc early on. The Suns simply had too much firepower for the Bucks, who tailed off in the second half — Phoenix won the fourth quarter, 29-17, to earn the 15-point victory.
With the win, the Suns move to 38-27 on the season and have now won three straight ahead of a trip to Indianapolis to face the Pacers Thursday.
