Adebayo scored an incredible 83 points – the second-highest total in NBA history – surpassing Kobe Bryant's 81-point game and approaching Wilt Chamberlain's legendary 100-point performance.

The Bucks now face the Heat on Thursday at the Kaseya Center.

"We will try to make sure that he does not score 83 against us, he's going to score 82," Giannis joked about Adebayo.

Antetokounmpo also praised Bam's effort.

"Incredible. It speaks volumes to his hard work. ... I know Bam, he works his butt off every single day. He never cheated the game, and seeing a guy like him doing something like this is incredible."

Adebayo's performance included 13 of 21 two-pointers, seven of 22 three-pointers, and 36 of 43 free throws.

"It doesn't matter how you get it," Giannis noted. "All that means that you got it. In 10, 20, 30 years from now, nobody's going to remember how many free throws he shot.

"I don't think I remember how many shots Kobe took, how many free throws he made, or how many threes he made. All you remember is 81. Wilt, 100."
