Everton are showing an interest in Millwall winger Femi Azeez ahead of the summer transfer window.
That’s according to TEAMtalk, who claim David Moyes has sent Everton scouts to watch Azeez in recent weeks.
The 24-year-old has enjoyed a very productive season for the Championship promotion hopefuls, registering 15 goal involvements.

Azeez has had an interesting career path as he’s come from non-league, playing for the likes of Wealdstone and Hanwell Town.
If Everton were to land his signature, they’d have to fend off several competitors.

Everton face stiff competition to sign Femi Azeez
The report further notes that Everton are facing stiff competition for Azeez.
Crystal Palace are believed to be seriously looking at the Millwall star, whilst Leeds United, Brentford, Brighton, Sunderland and Fulham are all keeping tabs, too.

Palace are reportedly the only club showing ‘concrete interest’ at this stage, which is no surprise given their recruitment model.

The links to Azeez are interesting from an Everton perspective, as it shows Moyes isn’t happy with his depth on the right flank.
Tyler Dibling and Dwight McNeil are currently the back-ups to Iliman Ndiaye, so they must be feeling quite uncertain about the future.

Millwall manager Alex Neil profiles Femi Azeez
Speaking last month, Millwall boss Alex Neil explained the type of player Azeez is and what he offers his side.
“I think Femi gives us something we currently didn’t have in the side, which is his raw pace in terms of looking to get him behind,” Neil stated.
“Luke Cundle is a pocket player on one side we’ve got Camiel (Neghli) who’s just come in as a pocket player on the other, but what Femi does is he offers that threat where he can get in behind.
“He wants to look in behind first and foremost which you need in your team. He had three opportunities to score. I think the other one, he hits the bar. The first one’s a bit fortunate, obviously takes a deflection and and flips into the far corner. But after I thought he had a really good strong performance.”
