Georgia Bulldogs spring practice preview: Inside linebacker remains deep even after key…

As hard as it is to believe, spring ball is less than a week away for the Georgia Bulldogs.

Georgia opens its spring on Tuesday, March 17 as the Bulldogs continue preparing for the 2026 season. The Bulldogs will have 15 practices this spring, the last of which will be the G-Day scrimmage on Saturday, April 18.

The Bulldogs are hoping to contend for a championship just like they did in 2025. Georgia posted a 12-2 record last season and won the SEC for the second straight season. The team's pursuit for another national title ended with a quarterfinals loss to Ole Miss in the Sugar Bowl.

In order to gear up for spring practice, we're rolling out our annual position preview series. We'll take a look at all the positions on the Bulldogs' roster with one preview per day all the way to the opening day of spring ball.
