The San Francisco 49ers have added a Super Bowl champion to their roster.
According to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, the 49ers reached a free agent contract agreement with offensive lineman Brett Toth.
It'll be a one-year deal with Toth, per Fowler.
Toth comes aboard from the Philadelphia Eagles, where he won a ring a year ago.
He's a 6-foot-6, 304-pound offensive tackle, 29 years old and originally from South Carolina.
Toth played his college football at West Point for Army.

He went undrafted and was first signed by the Eagles in 2019. He didn't play a game that season as he mostly bounced around the Arizona Cardinals' depth chart, then he joined the Eagles midway through the 2020 season.
Toth played six games for Philly in 2020, then 11 more in 2021.
He got three games with the Carolina Panthers in 2023 after injuries had kept him out of the entire 2022 season.
The Eagles brought Toth back for 2024, although he didn't get into a regular season game before playing in all four playoff games.
Toth played all 17 regular season games in 2025 for the Eagles, including four starts.
Now he moves on to the 49ers with plenty of experience and also having proven he can work through some adversity. It's a low-hype deal for the 'Niners, but likely one they won't regret, either.
