Team: Boston Celtics

Position: SG, SF

Age: 29

Height: 198 cm

Weight: 101 kg

Birth place: Georgia, United States of America

Speaking on Cousins with Vince Carter & Tracy McGrady, Brown opened up about the challenges of chasing the award.

"You know, I feel like I fit the criteria for it. Especially what people were saying about me before the season, that I couldn't do it or I wasn't capable of being this or being that. I've been able to kind of shoulder that and then also help lead my team to where we're at now, you know, but people constantly just move the bar. Now I don't have enough to fit the criteria, so I probably never will, no matter what I do," Brown said.

Brown is putting up career-high numbers this season, averaging 28.3 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 5.1 assists across 58 games.

He is shooting 48% from the field and 34.8% from three, leading the Celtics to a 43-22 record, good for second place in the Eastern Conference.
