Jets Add Some Much Needed Brutus Beefcake to the Trenches

Parham, 26, will turn 27 before the start of the 2026 season.

He originally entered the league as the No. 90 overall pick in the third round of the 2022 NFL draft.

He has spent all four of his seasons in the NFL with the Raiders. During that run, he has appeared in 64 games and has made 63 starts.

In his four-year career, Parham has only missed four career games. He has appeared in at least 15 games in every season that he has played.

Snap Breakdowns for the Jets’ Newest OL

According to Pro Football Focus, Parham has logged most of his snaps at the NFL level at left guard (2,591).

However, he also has experience across the interior.

Parham has logged 992 snaps at right guard in his four-year NFL career, per PFF. He has also been sparingly used at center in a pinch (219 snaps), per PFF.

This is a developing story and we’ll provide updates as they become available.
