With the Portland Trail Blazers a game and a half behind the Golden State Warriors for 9th place in the Western Conference, Golden State’s best player will be off the court a bit longer.
Steph Curry will sit at least at an additional 10 days with a knee injury (specifically, patella-femoral pain syndrome and a bone bruise in his right knee), [according to ESPN Shams Charania](https://bsky.app/profile/shamsbot.bsky.social/post/3mgsmnwcoik25):
Curry suffered a knee injury [during a workout in late January](https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/47784329/warriors-stephen-curry-exits-vs-pistons-right-knee-soreness), and since then has been diagnosed as what’s colloquially known as “runner’s knee.”
Curry has missed the last 15 games, and the Warriors have gone 5-10 in those games, including dropping their last three.
