Patriots Rival Reportedly Agrees To Deal With Former First-Round Pass Rusher

The Dolphins released pass rusher Bradley Chubb on Wednesday after three and a half seasons in Miami, but he's not planning to stay out of the AFC East for long.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Chubb and the Buffalo Bills have agreed to a three-year contract worth $43.5 million, [which could increase](https://x.com/AdamSchefter/status/2031828809482211792?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Etweet) to $52.5 million. This agreement includes $29 million in guaranteed money.

The Denver Broncos selected Chubb in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft after he played at North Carolina State. He spent five seasons with the team before they traded him to Miami during the 2022 NFL trade deadline.

Last season, Chubb played in all 17 games after missing the 2024 season due to a torn ACL. He recorded 47 combined tackles and 8.5 sacks, bringing his career totals to 303 combined tackles and 48 sacks over 90 games.

Chubb will turn 30 this summer, and he is heading towards the later stages of his career. However, he could still be a valuable option for Buffalo as it strives to make a Super Bowl run.
