2027 Walton (Ga.) safety MJ Burnett. picked up an offer from Alabama while on campus for Junior Day in late February and told Bama247 soon after the exciting moment that he would "definitely be back in the spring" for a practice.
The 6-foot-4, 200-pounder has an unique connection to the Crimson Tide with his father, Morgan Burnett, starting alongside HaHa Clinton-Dix with the Green Bay Packers for a few seasons. That close relationship, along with everything else the program has to offer, put Alabama in immediate contention for the Peach State prospect.

Some things that stood out to me were learning about the defense, the strength and conditioning program and how a lot of the players graduate in three years."
Bama247 caught up with Burnett this week during a workout at Adapt Physical Therapy, led by JT Alphabet, in Atlanta (Ga.) to learn more about the strong interest and potential return visit plans to Tuscaloosa (Ala.).
