Maxx Crosby is heading back to the desert after a massive trade to the Baltimore Ravens fell apart at the last minute. The Las Vegas Raiders star pass pusher posted a video on social media from a private jet leaving Baltimore on March 10, 2026.
Hetagged the post with the location “Boomerang” to show he is returning to Nevada. This viral video confirms that the deal to send the 3 time Pro Bowler to the Ravens is officially dead.

The trade failed because of medical concerns found during a physical exam. The Ravens were concerned about his left knee’s health. Crosby had surgery in January to repair a torn meniscus. Baltimore management decided the risk was too high to complete the deal.
The Ravens were supposed to give the Raiders 2 first round draft picks in exchange for the elite defender. Now, those picks stay in Baltimore and Crosby stays on the Raiders roster.

Crosby was clearly frustrated by the news. He wanted to join a team that could win a Super Bowl immediately. However, his agent says the medical concerns are not a real problem.
Agent CJ LaBoywrote on an X post that “Maxx is ahead of schedule” regarding his recovery. LaBoy also said that Crosby will be ready for football activities very soon.
The Raiders now face a difficult choice. They can keep their best defensive player or trade him to another team. Crosby has 52 career sacks and is 1 of the most productive players in the NFL.
He played 95 percent of defensive snaps for the Raiders last season. Many teams still want a player with those statistics.
For now, the Boomerang video is the final word on the Baltimore situation. Crosby is flying away from the Ravens and back to his original team. Fans in Las Vegas are happy to see him return, but the NFL world is shocked that such a big deal failed.
The Raiders must decide if they can repair the relationship with their star player before the 2026 season begins.
Raiders plan to keep Maxx Crosby
Maxx Crosby stays with the Las Vegas Raiders for now. He must focus on his knee rehabilitation. He wants to be ready for the 2026 offseason program.
The Raidersare open to keeping him. However, they are still listening to other trade offers. Teams like the Chicago Bears or Philadelphia Eagles might try to get him.
His future depends on his physical health. He needs to show his knee is strong after his January surgery. If he stays in Las Vegas, he will play under his $106.5 million contract. He aims to return for the start of the 2026 season.
