Everton defender James Tarkowski has admitted he would love to see Jack Grealish signed permanently this summer.
The Toffees are expected to be without Grealish for the remainder of the season following his foot fracture back in January.
David Moyes had leaned heavily on the 30-year-old following his arrival on loan at Everton.

A decision is there to be made over Grealish’s future ahead of the summer and it is apparent what Tarkowski wants to see happen.

Harrison Armstrong recently praised Grealish for what he has been able to bring to Finch Farm during his loan stint.
The 30-year-old arrived with bags of talent and experience, which has clearly been welcomed on Merseyside.

“Jack, you can see why City paid that money for him. Really, the talent he’s got, the way he can hold on to the ball, receive it, play in tight areas, find a lot of moment of genius to create a goal,” Tarkowski told ToffeeTV.
“And I’m gutted that he’s been injured really because would have been huge for us going into this end of the season, finding the moment. So hopefully he gets back fit and who knows if we see him here next year. I’d love him to be here if we could because we’ve seen how important he was and, as you said that lift that he gave us.
“He just seemed like a signing that really gave us that boost to the team, our confidence and yeah hopefully gets back fit soon.”
The players are not the only ones showing their hand, with Moyes sharing his admiration for Grealish over recent weeks.
Work will need to be done on Everton’s side if they are able to retain Grealish, though.
The winger will turn 31 in the early stages of the new season and will be going into it on the back of a significant injury.
That will affect the price and what the Blues will be wanting to pay for their on-loan forward.
