The exact pick swap details in the Michael Pittman Jr. trade were not disclosed immediately other than a Pittsburgh Steelers sixth for an Indianapolis Colts seventh. The NFL transaction sheet finally posted, shared by Tom Pelissero on X, and we now know the exact pick numbers involved in the trade.
Pittsburgh gave up No. 214 (compensatory selection) in the sixth round while the Colts traded No. 230 in the seventh round.
The Steelers moved down just 16 spots late in the draft to get the rights to Michael Pittman Jr., and they parlayed that into a three-year contract to solidify the immediate future of the WR position for the next few years.
Check out the Steelers’ full 2026 pick order as of March 12.
