Texas A&M sent 13 players to the 2026 NFL Combine. Here is a rundown of each player that needs to be replaced as well as the possible replacements for each.
Left guard Chase Bisontis began his A&M career at right tackle despite being rated as a four star interior line prospect coming out of high school. He spent a year there before being moved back to a more natural spot on the inside and proved to be as advertised coming out of high school….a big, strong guy who could send people backwards in the run game. He improved as a pass protector as well in terms of his lateral movement and technique.
The most obvious replacement for the three year starter is LSU transfer Coen Echols. The second year man theoretically wins via his get off, length, and punch in the run game, perhaps not getting under someone's pads as much as he engages them and wins with power generated by his long arms and the ability to keep his feet moving. Echols will keep his eyes up, work to get to the second level, and finish people off if he has the opportunity to do so. He has good short area movement on down blocks. He probably has some work to do as a pass protector. Overall, he might be the closest clone of Bisontis (at the same stage of their careers) that you're going to get.
