Theo Walcott feels Arsenal are good enough to embrace Quadruple talk
Theo Walcott insists Arsenal shouldn't shy away from Quadruple talk - because Mikel Arteta's hungry challengers are good enough to win the lot.
The ex-Gunner feels his former employers are well equipped to maintain their four-pronged pursuit of silverware as unlike other seasons, he cannot identify a clear weakness.
Walcott said when asked if an Arsenal clean sweep is realistic: "Yeah, I would say it is. Essentially, right now they're putting out a team to get results and it's not about playing pretty football at this stage of the season.
"If you look at the Champions League draw, we're on the side that everybody would want to be on. They’ve also got characters and personnel that can adapt very quickly to the circumstances of how each game is going and I think that's a different Arsenal to what we've seen for many years.

"They can really tough it up or they can play free-flowing football if they need to and that's down to the funds that were made available for Mikel Arteta and what he's done with the squad.
"Yes, we won the FA Cup very early on, however, you could see the positive energy coming from Arsenal despite finishing second on numerous occasions.
"I don't ever see that as failure as it's shown them the steps they want to reach and this year, they could get selfish and win all four, I do believe they can.
"They're equipped to win them all, people get bored of saying how good their squad is but essentially, it's there to win the league and every other competition that they're in. That was the job and Mikel's on the right path now."

Theo Walcott believes Arsenal can make this season one to remember
Walcott, who scored 108 goals in 397 appearances for Arsenal, also feels there is more to come from Bukayo Saka this season after he recently penned a new bumper contract worth in excess of £300,000 a week.
The England international winger is still yet to hit the 10-goal mark (nine) in all competitions and Walcott is backing his compatriot to prove his worth during the business end of the campaign.
He said of Saka: "I think he's been actually a little bit indifferent this year, but you can see signs of him picking up at the right time now. You'd like to think the most important players shine when it really matters.
"We forget how young he still is and how much he's done already at this point. Not only that, what he's also had to deal with outside of football with England and everything but he's such a role model on and off the field.
"I think it's okay to have a bad day, absolutely fine and he's just picking up form at the right time now which is a good sign."
