Running back Rachaad White is joining the Washington Commanders, NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reports.
White, 27, had spent the entirety of his four-year career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The Arizona State product appeared in all 17 games last season, rushing for 572 yards on 132 carries with four touchdowns. He added another 218 yards on 40 receptions.
A native of Kansas City, White was originally taken with the 91st overall pick of the 2022 NFL Draft.
In 67 career games, White has 2,656 yards on 677 carries with 14 TDs. He also has 1,450 yards receiving on 205 catches with another 11 majors.
White joins a backfield that currently only has Jacory Croskey-Merritt under contract.
