Kuminga (knee) will return to the Hawks' lineup after a three-game absence.
Jonathan Kuminga is all set to return for the Atlanta Hawks.
Atlanta Hawks / Schedule
As the Hawks will face the visiting Brooklyn Nets this Thursday, Kuminga (knee) has been made available to play.
Kuminga missed the Hawks' last three games due to his recurring left knee complications. From being an inflammation, it turned into a bone bruise, which appears to be much more severe.
As such, the young forward will shed his questionable tag and will look to suit up to help Atlanta over the rebuilding Brooklyn squad. He is also slated to play under strict minute restrictions from coach Quin Snyder.
Kuminga has been impressive since his arrival with the Hawks from the Golden State Warriors at the past NBA trade deadline. He appeared in three games so far, averaging 21.3 points in nearly 68 percent shooting with 7.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.7 steals.
