Adebayo on his 83-point game: 'I don't think anybody will do it ever again'

Bam Adebayo helped Miami Heat beat the Milwaukee Bucks with 21 points and 8 rebounds. Heat center suggests that it's tough to believe that anyone will surpass his infamous 83 points game in the near future.

Bam Adebayo is still a hot topic around the NBA after he scored 83 points by himself against the Washington Wizards.

American big man didn't quite contribute in the same manner yesterday, but it was still enough for the Miami Heat to beat the Milwaukee Bucks.

Adebayo scored 21 points and caught 8 rebounds for 35 minutes spent on the court.

Adebayo is aware that people will now watch all the games through the lens of his historic performance, but that's not realistic:

"You’re surrounded with eyes because everybody wants to see you do it again, which is crazy. I don't think anybody will ever do it again, but you just got to flip the page… You kinda just live in the moment," Adebayo said post-game.

“It wasn't 83 tonight. It was 21, if anybody is upset, I don't care, but we got the win, so that's all that matters," Adebayo concluded.

He has played 58 games this season so far, averaging 20.1 points and 9.8 rebounds per game on 31 minites per match.
