The replacements: Who will take over for Texas A&M right tackle Dametrious Crownover in 2026?

Texas A&M sent 13 players to the 2026 NFL Combine. Here is a rundown of each player that needs to be replaced as well as the possible replacements for each.

Right tackle Dametrious Crownover combined with Ar'maj Reed-Adams on the right side to form a tandem that moved people on down blocks and allowed pulling linemen access to kick out smaller defenders on the edge and perimeter. A&M ran more often to the right side than the left side because of this, and they were an effective duo in conjunction with H back Nate Boerkircher when the Aggies had a lead to protect late in games.

A&M brought in Wilkin Formby from the NCAA Transfer Portal to provide experienced competition for this spot. Formby was a four star prospect in Alabama's 2023 recruiting class and started at right tackle for multiple games in 2025. However, he was kicked inside to right guard midway through the year for various reasons (some having to do with him, some having to do with his teammates). He is a big guy like Crownover (who mauled people) and plays with a nasty streak. However, he also plays from the top down, using his 6-foot-7 frame to win over pass rushers.
