City travel to the London Stadium on the back of a crushing midweek defeat against Real Madrid.
The Blues lost 3-0 at the Bernabeu, and face an uphill challenge in the second leg at The Etihad on Tuesday evening.
Manager Pep Guardiola has vowed that his side will continue to fight on all fronts, and is expecting another difficult challenge against Nuno Espirito Santo's team.
“With Nottingham Forest before. I always said when we arrive in the last 10 games, every team plays for something," he said at Friday's press conference.
“For relegation for Champions League. Now there’s no second chances.
“Now it’s West Ham. Then we will think about [Madrid].
After the game we will see the plans we have. Play the game we have to play and then it will dictate if we have a chance or not.
“We’ll see on Tuesday. Now it’s West Ham and I always believe the Premier League is the most difficult one and still we are there.”
City won their last game at the London Stadium 3-1, thanks to a hat-trick from Erling Haaland. Overall City have won 66 of the 123 games played against the Hammers, with 19 draws and 38 defeats.
Predicted line-up: Donnarumma, Nunes, Dias, Gvardiol, Ait-Nouri, Gonzalez, O'Reilly, Reijnders, Cherki, Marmoush, Haaland
Score prediction: West Ham 2 City 2
