Buffalo Bills sign punter Mitch Wishnowsky to one-year deal

The Buffalo Bills signed punter Mitch Wishnowsky to a one-year deal. Entering the 2026 league year, the Australian punter was slated to be an unrestricted free agent.

Wishnowsky joined the Bills' squad in 2025, coming from his six-season stint with the San Francisco 49ers (2019-24). In Buffalo, he had 38 punts for 1,590 net yards (1,723 total yards). This included 18 that landed inside the opponents 20-yard-line, 47.4 percent of his punts. Wishnowsky did not get blocked once in the 2025 season.
