We can put the A.J. Brown trade talk to bed... for now.
According to The Athletic's Dianna Russini, the Philadelphia Eagles have been in serious discussions with the Los Angeles Rams and New England Patriots about a Brown trade, but the Eagles have decided they will not trade him for now.
Russini adds that if a trade does occur, it will happen closer to June 1.
"After serious conversations with both the Rams and Patriots, the Eagles will not trade A.J. Brown at this time, according to multiple league sources," Russini said.
"Both teams remain interested, but no move is imminent. If a trade were to happen, it would likely heat up closer to June 1."
