Victor Wembanyama has been marked as questionable to play, as he is dealing with right ankle soreness.
The French star didn't play in the team's 136-131 loss against the Denver Nuggets last Thursday due to his ankle injury.
Another absence will risk Wembanyama for missing the NBA's individual awards this season. He has only three games of eligibility left for consideration.
Should he fail to suit up, Luke Kornet is expected to mainly anchor the Spurs again.
Wembanyama is averaging 24.2 points, 11.1 rebounds, 3.0 blocks and 2.9 assists in 51 games this year.
