BRISKER WANTS PITTSBURGH PIZZA
The Steelers initially made a flurry of moves when teams were allowed to talk to free agents. It seemed like they wouldn’t make any more noticeable moves, but that wasn’t the case. They also reportedly signed safety Jaquan Brisker, who spent the past four seasons with Chicago Bears. However, Brisker is originally from Pittsburgh, so this is a homecoming for him.
Brisker took to Twitter to express his joy at being back in Pittsburgh, saying that needs to get Mineo’s as soon as possible. Mineo’s is a popular pizza place in Pittsburgh, and Brisker has likely had it a lot in his life. Chicago is famous for its style of pizza, but Brisker is happy to be closer to a more familiar slice.
I need some Mineo’s like ASAP lol !

KEATON PASSING FANDOM ON
Mike and Kiya Tomlin were recently honored at the Steelers’ Ireland Fund Dinner. However, they weren’t the only ones. Famous actor Michael Keaton was also a guest of honor. He’s a Pittsburgh native and a Steelers fan, so while he’s accomplished a lot, it’s nice to see him still connected to his roots.
Keaton spoke to reporters at the event, as shared by 93.7 The Fan on Twitter. He explained that he’s passing his Steelers fandom on to his grandchildren. It’s a fun way to show that, like many people from Pittsburgh, Keaton is making sure that his family cheers on the Steelers just as hard as he does.
JETS RE-SIGN OKORAFOR
While Kevin Colbert was instrumental to the Steelers’ Super Bowl wins in the 2000s, his last few draft classes weren’t great. However, there are a few players he drafted that are still bouncing around the league. That includes offensive lineman Chukwuma Okorafor, who Pittsburgh selected in the third round in 2018.
Okorafor was with the Steelers from 2018-2023, starting for them during his final few seasons there. He spent 2024 with the New England Patriots and then joined the New York Jets in 2025. While he didn’t start for the Jets, he was a solid depth piece. As a result, they’re re-signing him, according to Brian Costello of the New York Post on Twitter.
The Jets have agreed to a deal to bring back OT Chukwuma Okorafor, per source.
