On Friday against the Golden State Warriors, the Minnesota Timberwolves superstar officially became the fourth all-time for the most points scored in NBA history before turning 25.
A layup with 10:55 left in the third quarter gave Edwards the historic feat, moving past Hall of Famer Carmelo Anthony's 10,768 points before turning 25.
As his 25th birthday will be celebrated by Aug. 25 and with plenty of games still left before the end of the 2025-26 regular season, Edwards still has a chance to climb further, in which he is trailing just Luka Doncic (10,825), Kevin Durant (12,258) and LeBron James (13,927) on the leaderboard.
