Selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the first round of 2021 draft (25th overall), Etienne played four seasons with the Jaguars where he accumulated 3,798 rushing yards, third in franchise history and 25 rushing touchdowns, fourth in franchise history. He also proved productive through the air with 168 receptions for 1,338 yards and seven touchdowns. He also appeared in three playoff games and tallied 238 yards rushing and one touchdown as well as 79 yards receiving and a touchdown.
