Aina has been a big player for Forest since signing on a free transfer in the summer of 2023, and he’s very popular within the dressing room.
Eze was recently asked a series of quickfire questions about his career, and when it came to picking the toughest defender he’s ever faced, he chose Aina.
Eze has played against Aina a number of times across his career and admitted he’s the toughest that he’s ever faced, which might come as a surprise.
It does highlight that although the league table doesn’t lie, there should be enough quality to ensure they don’t actually succumb to relegation this season.
