Arsenal are preparing for their Champions League last 16 second leg vs Bayer Leverkusen
Leandro Trossard was back in Arsenal training at London Colney on Monday afternoon as the Premier League leaders started their preparations for Tuesday's Champions League last 16 second leg clash versus Bayer Leverkusen.
The Belgian has been nursing an undisclosed issue since hobbling off in the 2-1 FA Cup fifth round triumph at Mansfield Town nine days ago.
While he trained ahead of the first leg in Germany, he was not able to play and also missed Saturday's 2-0 win over Everton.
However, he was part of the group that was out on the grass at London Colney at lunchtime today, though it's still by no means guaranteed that he will feature.
There were also two clear absentees; captain Martin Odegaard remains sidelined with a knee issue while right-back Jurrien Timber was not able to continue after picking up an ankle injury against the Toffees.

Timber has been run into the ground in recent months as Ben White has also been battling fitness problems but Saturday's incident looked fairly innocuous and there was initially hope he would be able to continue playing.
The Dutchman is now a major doubt to face Leverkusen and could rest for Sunday's Carabao Cup final against Manchester City at Wembley Stadium.
Mikel Arteta is set to address the media this afternoon when he will provide some clarity on the trio.
Speaking in the matchday programme last weekend, Odegaard made it clear he believes he's on the comeback trail, stating: "I'm desperate to get back to playing as soon as I can. Being back home is something we are all looking forward to now, and [we're] all playing our part to keep the momentum up."
Youngster Max Dowman was also in training after he became the youngest goalscorer in Premier League history on Saturday following his stoppage-time heroics against Everton.

He was recently registered to Arsenal's UEFA B List squad, meaning he is free to feature in the Champions League should Arteta be willing to select him.
Back in December, the Gunners added Gabriel Jesus to their squad in place of Dowman after the 16-year-old gem picked up an ankle injury in a behind-closed-doors friendly against Manchester United.
Dowman has since been re-registered after returning from injury and he now looks primed for an important role between now and the end of the season.

Riccardo Calafiori also trained after starting Saturday's win. The Italian was recently forced off against Mansfield with what initially looked like a muscular issue but he has seemingly recovered well.
