According to Shams Charania of ESPN, the feeling around the league – and around James himself – is that he will play at least one more season. However, that could change depending on how the Lakers finish the current campaign.

"LeBron hasn't made a decision on if he's going to continue to play. The feeling around LeBron and the league is he'll go at least one more season," Charania said on ESPN's Get Up.

"A lot of how the Lakers finish the season will play a big factor in LeBron’s future," he added.

The 41-year-old remains an extremely impactful player for the Lakers, averaging 21.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 7.0 assists per game this season.

Meanwhile, the Lakers currently sit third in the Western Conference with a 42–25 record.
