The Pittsburgh Steelers, Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings are three teams that could opt to add a quarterback at some point soon or later in the offseason.
The Steelers' need at quarterback will depend on what future Hall of Famer Aaron Rodgers does. If he retires, Pittsburgh will need more competition for a room that would only include Mason Rudolph and Will Howard.
The Vikings have already made their big addition at quarterback with the signing of Kyler Murray, who will now compete with J.J. McCarthy for the starting job.
Should Murray win, which we fully expect to happy, the Vikings could consider trading McCarthy, which would put them back in the quarterback market.
In Green Bay, the Packers lost one of the most high-profile free agents and their backup quarterback, Malik Willis, to the Miami Dolphins and now need a new quarterback behind Jordan Love.
One player all three teams should keep an eye on is Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis.
According to NFL reporter Evan Sidery, the Titans are "actively shopping" Levis, who Sidery notes shouldn't cost more than a late Day 3 pick.
Drafted in the second round of the 2023 NFL draft, Levis showed a ton of promise in his rookie campaign with his big arm, plus-athleticism and boatload of moxie.
However, the Kentucky product took a massive step back in his second season and just did not look like the same player. That led to Tennessee drafting Cam Ward in 2025 and that ended Levis' time as the starter.
Now, with the Titans bringing in Mitch Trubisky to back up Ward for 2026, Levis is even more expendable and it's just a matter of time before he gets moved.
While Levis' stock is in the toilet, he is still just 26 years old and his skill set will no doubt be intriguing to teams looking for a reclamation project and backup.
We like the fit with the Packers and Vikings most, seeing as how Matt LaFleur and Kevin O'Connell have a history of reviving the careers of down-and-out signal-callers.
Between those two, the Packers are the better fit because of their less crowded situation at quarterback.
