On Monday night, the Golden State Warriors will be in Washington, D.C. to take on the Wizards.
The Warriors are coming off a 110-107 loss to the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden.
Kristaps Porzingis did not play in the game.

For Monday’s game, Porzingis is not on the injury report.
He will be available.

Porzingis has played in four games for the Warriors since getting traded (via the Atlanta Hawks).
He is averaging 14.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.8 blocks per contest while shooting 41.7% from the field and 31.6% from three-point range.
Sam Gordon of The San Francisco Chronicle wrote (before Sunday’s loss to the Knicks): “Speaking pregame, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said he expects Kristaps Porzingis and De’Anthony Melton — out tonight versus the Knicks on the front end of a back-to-back — to play Monday against the Washington Wizards. Hopeful Draymond Green plays Monday as well, he said.”

The Warriors are the ninth seed in the Western Conference with a 32-35 record in 67 games.
They are in the middle of a five-game losing streak (and have lost eight out of ten).
Following the Wizards, the Warriors will play their next game on Wednesday when they visit Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics.

The Warriors last won a title during the 2022 season.
They are coming off a year where they lost to the Minnesota Timberwolves in the second round of the 2025 NBA playoffs.

Before the Wizards and Hawks, Porzingis had also spent time with the Boston Celtics, Dallas Mavericks, New York Knicks and Washington Wizards.
He was the fourth pick in the 2015 NBA Draft.
