Liverpool and Arsenal are reportedly in a race to sign Chile international and FC Midtjylland star Darío Osorio. The attacker has reportedly caught the attention of multiple Premier League clubs.

Dario Osorio moved to Europe to join Danish side FC Midtjylland in 2023. The 22-year-old is usually employed on the right wing, with his current numbers grabbing eyeballs for multiple Premier League sides. Osorio has made 100 appearances for FC Midtjylland, recording 21 goals and 15 assists across competitions.

According to Campo, Liverpool and Arsenal are in competition to sign Dario Osorio this summer. Some other Premier League sides, including West Ham, Fulham, and Bournemouth, are also reportedly interested. Both the Reds and the Gunners have reportedly been tracking Osorio for a while and sent their scouts to Denmark to observe the player.

The aforementioned report suggests that Liverpool made their first offer to sign Osorio for around €8.7-10 million. However, the Danish side did not accept the offer, giving Arsenal a boost to make a better offer to secure his signing. The Chile international's current contract with FC Midtjylland runs until 2030.

Reports from Chile suggest that they want a club-record fee for Dario Osorio to make his way to the Premier League. The current record stands at €24 million. However, it is unlikely for the Gunners or the Reds to spend that amount for the 22-year-old at this stage. Meanwhile, Bournemouth are reportedly serious about Osorio's signing and remain ahead of the Gunners and the Reds to sign him, per the report.

Liverpool and Arsenal are interested in signing Newcastle defender Lewis Hall: Reports

According to CaughtOffside, Liverpool and Arsenal are both in contention to sign Newcastle United left-back Lewis Hall. However, the deal could be a difficult one as the Magpies are not open to selling him.

Lewis Hall recently caught major attention in Europe after his standout performance in Newcastle's 1-1 draw against Barcelona in the Champions League Round of 16 first leg. Hall was one of the best players on the pitch who managed to keep Lamine Yamal in check during the game. Apart from Liverpool and Arsenal, the report suggests Manchester City and some other Bundesliga clubs are also interested in Hall's signature.

However, Newcastle United are reportedly prioritizing a new deal for Lewis Hall and are not open to selling. Moreover, any clubs interested will reportedly have to bid starting at £65-70 million. No club has yet made a formal offer. Yet, Arsenal could consider Hall as a serious option if Riccardo Calafiori leaves the club this summer.

Meanwhile, the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City are also not expected to give up on Lewis Hall's signing if there is any chance of him being on the market. It remains to be seen if Hall leaves the Magpies this summer although the situation seems unlikely.
