Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards (right knee soreness) has been ruled out for Tuesday’s matchup with the Phoenix Suns, the team reported.
Timberwolves center Naz Reid (right shoulder contusion) is questionable to play.
Edwards will miss his 11th game of the season on Tuesday. Throughout his first five years in the NBA, Edwards hadn’t missed more than 10 games in a given season.
The Timberwolves guard is averaging 29.5 points (career high), 5.1 rebounds and 3.7 assists in 35.5 minutes played through 58 games.
Reid has played in 67 of Minnesota’s 68 games this season and is averaging 13.7 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 26.1 minutes played per game.
Who’s out for the Suns?
Center Mark Williams (left foot third metatarsal stress reaction) and forward Dillon Brooks (left hand fracture) remain out for Phoenix.
