NBA House coming to Australia for the first time, celebrating the 2026 Playoffs

Attention Aussie hoops fans!

To celebrate the 2026 Playoffs, the NBA is bringing an immersive basketball experience to Australia, with the league today announcing that NBA House will take over Melbourne in May.

Following on from previous editions of NBA House — held in Brazil, Canada, China, France, India, Mexico, the U.S.A., and the UK — Melbourne NBA House will take place from May 14-17 at The Timber Yard.

Featuring more than 6,000 square metres of interactive basketball and pop culture experiences, catering to all ages, NBA House offers live viewing parties for NBA Playoff games, music, DJs, food, and exclusive merchandise and giveaways, an interactive NBA 2K26 game zone, along with photo opportunities with the Larry O’Brien Trophy

Some special guests will also be in attendance, including meet-and-greets with NBA legends, who will be announced at a later date.
