Here's everything you need to know about timings and tickets for the Champions League final 2026:

Champions League final venue: The 2026 UEFA Champions League final is scheduled to take place on May 30, 2026 at the Puskás Aréna in Budapest, Hungary. The stadium previously played host to the 2023 Europa League final, when Sevilla beat Roma on penalties.

Kick-off time: The match is due to kick off at 6pm CEST, or 5pm UK time. This is three hours earlier than the 2025 final in Munich, when Paris Saint-Germain beat Inter Milan 5-0.

Ticket registration deadline: To be eligible for tickets, members of the general public must submit their applications through the official UEFA ticketing portal. The deadline to do so is 11am CET on March 19.

Ballot system: UEFA does not sell these high-demand tickets on a first-come, first-served basis to the general public. Instead, a lottery or ballot system is conducted after the application period closes to determine which fans will be granted the opportunity to purchase a maximum of two tickets each.

Fan allocations: A significant portion of the stadium capacity is dedicated to the supporters of the two teams that eventually reach the final. Out of the 61,400 total seats available, 39,000 are allocated directly to fans and the general public, with each finalist club receiving 17,200 tickets for their own supporters.

Ticket prices: The pricing structure for the event is divided into four distinct categories to provide a range of options for different budgets. Prices start at €70 (roughly £60) for the "Fans First" category and increase to €180 for Category 3, €650 for Category 2, and €950 for the premium Category 1 seats.

Mobile ticketing: To combat unauthorised resale and ensure tickets reach genuine fans, UEFA has implemented a mandatory mobile ticketing process. Successful applicants are required to download the UEFA Mobile Tickets app and register with the specific mobile device they intend to use for stadium entry, while ticket resale is only permitted through the official UEFA resale platform.

Accessibility: Accessibility is a priority for the final, with dedicated tickets available for disabled spectators at the most affordable price point. These tickets are priced at €70 (£60) and include a complimentary companion seat to ensure that the event is inclusive for all football enthusiasts.
