NEW YORK, NEW YORK - MARCH 15: Jalen Brunson #11 of the New York Knicks looks on during the fourth quarter of the game against the Golden State Warriors at Madison Square Garden on March 15, 2026 in New York City.
The New York Knicks have given a new Jalen Brunson injury update before their upcoming game against the Indiana Pacers.
According to the Knicks’ injury report, Brunson is listed as doubtful for the game and could very well miss the contest as he faces multiple injury concerns.
While Brunson did score a game-high 30 points in New York’s latest win over a depleted Golden State Warriors squad, he is unlikely to be available for his team’s 2025 Eastern Conference Finals rematch on Tuesday night.

Per the Knicks, Brunson is facing multiple injuries that are impacting his status against the Pacers. He has a right ankle injury and a cervical strain on his right side, both of which have now made him doubtful for the game.
Brunson was previously listed as questionable, as team insider Ian Begley wrote on X.
“Knicks are listing Jalen Brunson as questionable for tomorrow’s game vs Indiana due to right ankle injury management/a neck strain,” he reported.

The injury update for Brunson isa bit concerning, as he has been a staple for the Knicks this season, only missing five games through the first five months of the year.
On the season, the franchise star is averaging 26.3 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 6.6 assists on 46.4% shooting in 65 games.
He leads the team in scoring and assists, but will likely sit against Indiana, making way for Josh Hart, Landry Shamet, and Jose Alvarado to have more playmaking and scoring responsibilities.

Along with Brunson, a new Mitchell Robinson injury update makes him a recent addition to the Knicks’ injury report for their upcoming game.
Robinson is officially listed as questionable with a back injury.
“Adding Mitchell Robinson’s name to the injury report with back tightness is a major point of worry,” Jayesh Pagar wrote for Sports Illustrated. “He has been one of the Knicks’ main defensive focal points this season, and their training staff has been very cautious in managing his time on the court.”
The backup center is also known for his specialty on the offensive glass, as he’s set multiple offensive rebounding records this year and leads the league in that department on a per-36-minute basis.
While an ankle injury had previously kept him out, the injury update hinting at back injury could be worry-some for New York. Karl-Anthony Towns will likely see an increase in minutes, with potentially other bigsAriel Hukporti and Mohamed Diawara, getting more action.
Miles McBride is also listed as out as he recovers from surgery on a core muscle injury, but the latest update on him signals his return is going well, and he’ll likely be back around the time the postseason begins.
However, good news for the Knicks is that their upcoming foein Indiana has a loaded injury report for theupcoming game.
The Pacers officially have 14 players on the injury report, and while many are questionable for the contest, it would be fair to say a decent amount of them will sit. The former Finals runners-up have had a season from hell without franchise star Tyrese Haliburton, and instead are looking forward to the draft lottery rather than winning games.

This how I be watching Dejounte and JT hoop😂
But in the lead-up to the Knicks vs. the Pacers game, the injury report could change for both teams, but expect Brunson to sit with his two injuries.
The Knicks are third in the East with a 44-25 record, but have experienced somemajor ups and downs this year, currentlylooking for some stability before making a postseason run.
