Veteran NFL QB Tyrod Taylor Announces Engagement At 36

Longtime NFL quarterback and Super Bowl champion Tyrod Taylor is one step closer to acquiring a wedding ring.

Taylor, 36, has already played for the Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Cleveland Browns, Los Angeles Chargers, Houston Texans, New York Giants and New York Jets. He currently has 13,033 passing yards, 2,424 rushing yards and 93 total touchdowns in his career.

The Jets signed Taylor to a two-year deal in 2024. The veteran quarterback only made four starts over the past two seasons, completing 62.2% of his passes for 898 yards with eight touchdowns and five interceptions.

On Tuesday afternoon, Taylor announced that he's officially engaged to Bianka Charity-Parker. They posted several photos from their engagement shoot.

"You are my everything," the caption for their Instagram post read.

Charity-Parker, 32, has a Ph.D in Clinical and School Psychology. Although she has over 3,000 Instagram followers, she hasn't posted much about Taylor prior to this announcement.

Does Tyrod Taylor have a team for next season?

As of this week, Taylor remains an unrestricted free agent. To be fair, he doesn't seem to be in a rush to sign a new contract.

The Jets could potentially bring him Taylor, especially after they traded Justin Fields to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Is Taylor open to a return to the Jets? Only he can answer that question.
