The Blues were fined £10.75million on Monday as well as being banned from signing academy players for nine months.
Chelsea have also received a suspended ban on signing first-team players after self-reporting the breaches.
Their offences took place over 10 years ago during Roman Abramovich's time as owner.
The club voluntarily brought the breaches to the Premier League's attention after BlueCo's takeover in 2022.

Serbian agent Zoran Lemic could now face an FA investigation due to his involvement in the alleged payments, The Times report.
Lemic, along with his brother Vlado, received several payments from Chelsea between 2012 and 2015.
The pair had been involved in the club's signings of multiple players including Ramires, David Luiz, Nemanja Matic and Andre Schurrle.
As Zoran is registered as an agent in England, he could be subject to an FA inquiry, the report adds.
However, Vlado falls outside of their jurisdiction as he is not a licensed agent.
Both were involved in Isak's £125million move to Liverpool from Newcastle United last summer, with Vlado serving as the main intermediary.

The brothers were named in the Premier League's statement following Chelsea's sanctions on Monday.
It read: "The club admits that the Top Sports/Top Pro Sport payments were in consideration for services provided by Mr Vladica Lemic and Mr Zoran Lemic for the club’s benefit, at least in respect of the players Ramires, Luiz, Schürrle and Matic.
"The club also admits that the Top Sports/Top Pro Sport payments were not reported to the League by the club, whether in its obligatory financial filings to the League or otherwise."
Isak completed a deadline day move to Anfield in September after a summer-long transfer saga.
The Swedish striker subsequently signed a six-year deal with Liverpool.
He has since scored three goals in 16 appearances for the Reds this season.
