The 2026 NFL Draft occurs April 23-25 in Pittsburgh, leaving five weeks for franchises to finalize their target boards. Historically, Penn State ranks among the top 10 college football programs in producing NFL draft picks, with 304 players on that list, which features 44 first-round selections.
Offensive lineman Vega Ioane is considered a clear Round 1 talent in this Nittany Lions class, while all others are seemingly competing for draft slots across Day 2 (Round 2-3) and Day 3 (Rounds 4-7). That group includes quarterback Drew Allar, defensive end Dani Dennis-Sutton, safety Zakee Wheatley, running backs Kaytron Allen and Nick Singleton, and defensive tackle ****Zane Durant.
After producing only one first-round pick from 2011 through 2020, Penn State has pushed that total to seven since 2021. Lions247's coverage team will cover the action then speak with several of these Nittany Lions afterward, bringing VIP subscribers the latest info.
Better yet, in celebration of the start of a key span on Penn State's football calendar, we're offering two ways to gain VIP access at Lions247. You can either come on board for a full year of insider coverage at half the price or take a test run by joining for one month at full price with Paramount+ access included.
Penn State is tasked with replacing these draft prospects as spring practices open next week. Lions247 will have you covered with updates on team progress, featuring a new coaching staff and 50 roster additions, throughout a camp that extends deep into April.
