Kay Adams, host of Up & Adams on FanDuel, shared her honest thoughts about Aaron Rodgers on March 12, 2026. She believes the Pittsburgh Steelers’ recent free agency moves make it very likely that Rodgers will play one more season with the team in 2026. Rodgers, who turned 42 in December 2025, played for the Steelers in 2025.
Aaron threw for 25 total touchdowns and just 7 interceptions with a passer rating of 94.8. Which was the highest since his last MVP season in 2021. Despite a fractured wrist in the second half of the year, he led the Steelers to the AFC North title.

The Steelers made several key additions this offseason. They traded for and extended two-time 1,000-yard receiver Michael Pittman Jr., signed back-to-back 1,000-yard rusher Rico Dowdle, and agreed to terms with former Super Bowl champion cornerback Jamel Dean. Adams said these moves address many problems on the roster.
Adams explained her view clearly. Shesaid, “They bring in reinforcements, and that makes me believe that Rodgers is going to give it a go in Pittsburgh…I would be so shocked if he doesn’t (return) now with these moves.”
Rodgers has a long history with new Steelers head coach Mike McCarthy. They worked together for 13 years in Green Bay, winning a Super Bowl and multiple division titles.
Adams’ comments come at a time when Rodgers’ future is still uncertain. He will turn 43 in December 2026.
