Time for y’all to roast my 2026 NCAA tournament bracket

This season, my college basketball viewing experience was almost exclusively the American University Eagles. They came up short in the Patriot League tournament, so the amount of tourney teams I've watched amounts to Lehigh, who are playing Wednesday night in the First Four.

With that in mind, I decided to use a tool a friend of mine developed. He created a tool called Bracket Party, where you can adjust various variables to make your bracket picks. You can adjust things like pace of play, scoring volume, 3-point frequency, and roster age. However, you can also get a little silly. You can boost teams based on jersey numbers, team colors, what kind of mascot they have, even star signs! It then makes all your selections for you.

My bracket resulted in a Final Four that included #2 UConn, #2 Iowa State, #3 Illinois, and #9 Utah State. You can view the full bracket [here](https://bracketparty.com/shared/4bf35930-c1c6-4978-be8a-d2d7aab496a1). and hop [over here](https://bracketparty.com/?referrer=sbnation) to make your own bracket.

The West and Midwest are where the upsets picked up. Both saw the #1 seed lose in the second round. In the Midwest, the first round had upsets by the 10, 11, and 12 seeds, with #9 Saint Louis and #12 Akron meeting in the Sweet 16. Other than that, the only other double digit to win in the first round in my bracket is UNC. So, it's a lot of chalk early, but some notable upsets late.

Enjoy!
