LA Clippers Announce Full Injury Report For Pelicans Game

On Wednesday evening, the LA Clippers will be in New Orleans for a showdown with the Pelicans.

The Clippers most recently lost (at home) to Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs by a score of 119-115.

For the game, the Clippers were without Kawhi Leonard (who got injured on March 14).

For Wednesday’s game, the Clippers have announced their full injury report.

They have ruled out Bradley Beal, Bennedict Mathurin and Yanic Konan Niederhauser.

Darius Garland and Leonard are both listed as questionable.

Before his most recent injury, Leonard had been having a fantastic year.

The future Hall of Famer is averaging 28.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 2.0 steals per contest while shooting 50.1% from the field and 37.8% from three-point range in 53 games.

The NBA wrote (on March 12): “A KAWHI LEONARD MASTERCLASS IN THE CLIPPERS’ WIN 🔥 45 PTS (15-20 FGM) 5 REB 5 AST 2 STL 6 3PM He’s the first player in Clippers franchise history to record 45+ PTS, 5+ REB, 5+ AST, and 5+ 3PM on 75%+ FG% in a game!”

Garland This Season

Garland was traded (via the Cleveland Cavaliers) to the Clippers last month (for James Harden).

He is averaging 18.4 points, 2.4 rebounds and 6.8 assists per contest while shooting 45.3% from the field and 38.6% from three-point range in 33 games.

The former Vanderbilt star had spent the first six and half seasons of his pro career with the Cavs.

Clippers Right Now

The Clippers have had an up-and-down season.

They are currently the eighth seed in the Western Conference with a 34-34 record in 68 games.

Over their last ten games, the Clippers have won seven (but they are also in the middle of a two-game losing streak).

Last season, the Clippers lost in the first round of the 2025 NBA playoffs.
