GettyATLANTA, GEORGIA – MARCH 01: Jonathan Kuminga #0 of the Atlanta Hawks dunks against the Portland Trail Blazers during the fourth quarter at State Farm Arena on March 01, 2026 in Atlanta, Georgia.
While the latest Kuminga injury update indicates he will play against Dallas, the knee injury has kept him out of a few games during his brief tenure with Atlanta.
He’s played in just five games in the more six weeks he’s been with the team, since being traded from the Golden State Warriors at the deadline.
It’s fair to say that his time with the Warriors was rightfully over, and though he did show very high potential in his first few games with the Hawks, availability has been a concern for the 23-year-old.
However, he is set to play in a cross-conference battle against the Mavericks.
Kuminga was the only player listed on the Hawk’s injury report, but now that he’s off the list, Atlanta will have a fully healthy lineup for Wednesday’s game.
