Enzo Fernandez has cast serious doubts as to his long-term future as a Chelsea player.
Asked after Chelsea’s exit from the Champions League as to whether he would at the club next season, the Argentine international indicated he was not sure.
And whilst Chelsea director Danny Finkelstein insists that the club are on the right track, and that they can expect to become title challengers in the near future, many of their fans are beginning to have serious doubts, and that has also transmitted itself to senior players like Fernandez.

Much may depend on whether Liam Rosenior’s side manage to qualify for the Champion League next season.
If they fail to do so, Fernandez may not be the only player agitating for a move away in the summer.
