The first wave of 2026 NFL free-agent movement has already reshaped the fantasy football big board. This countdown ranks the 10 biggest quarterback, running back, wide receiver, and tight end moves strictly by how much they change player value, workload outlook, and offensive ripple effects heading into fantasy draft season.
10) QB Daniel Jones, Indianapolis Colts
Jones returns to an offense after a surprisingly strong 2025 showing before his Achilles tear. The continuity helps both his individual value and that of Indianapolis' pass catchers, but his injury and the loss of Michael Pittman Jr. dampen the outlook.
9) TE Isaiah Likely, New York Giants
A move out of Baltimore's crowded tight end room gives Likely a clearer path to weekly fantasy relevance, with back-end TE1 upside if his expected target share holds true. TE Theo Johnson may be standing in his way of having a monster season, however.
8) RB Rachaad White, Washington Commanders
A win: White is no longer buried behind Bucky Irving. Promising: Washington gives him a credible opportunity for at least passing-down work, with a chance to lead the backfield in yardage. Not yet clear: Jerome Ford's recent addition doesn't help White's cause. White's fantasy valuation is touch-and-go.
7) RB Travis Etienne Jr., New Orleans Saints
Etienne's signing plants him firmly in the RB2 fantasy conversation, even if the likely timeshare caps weekly upside with Alvin Kamara reworking his deal to stick around. Given AK41's age and injury history, look for him to be moved into a mostly third-down role.
6) WR Alec Pierce, Indianapolis Colts
Pierce staying in Indianapolis became much more important with Pittman's departure. He now projects less as a pure vertical threat and more as a featured fantasy starter. All of this presumes Jones recovers adequately.

5) WR Jaylen Waddle, Denver Broncos
This is one of the clearest value boosts of the offseason, regardless of positions. Waddle escapes a fading Miami situation for an all-around improved offensive outlook in Denver and gets pushed back into strong WR2 territory in reception-rewarding systems.
4) WR DJ Moore, Buffalo Bills
Pairing Moore with Josh Allen is a major fantasy upgrade. Buffalo needed a true volume target, and Moore should settle in as a dependable WR2 with potential for more. We've seen him finish outside the top 25 in PPR just once since his 2019 breakout season, and a bounce-back from last year's WR36 is in store.
3) WR Mike Evans, San Francisco 49ers
San Francisco gives Evans a strong touchdown ceiling and a better chance to rebound than most late-career receiver moves do. He looks revitalized as a WR2 play, but injury risk remains noteworthy, and Evans' production may come in waves.
2) QB Kyler Murray, Minnesota Vikings
Murray lands in one of the league's friendliest fantasy systems, with Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, T.J. Hockenson, and Aaron Jones around him. His weekly ceiling rises immediately, but make no mistake, Murray comes with massive injury risk and should be backed up with a reliable QB2. If nothing else, he raises the floor of everyone around him.
1) RB Kenneth Walker III, Kansas City Chiefs
No move should raise a player's fantasy ceiling more than this one. Walker goes from a shared backfield in Seattle to a Kansas City offense that badly needed a lead runner. Career-high volume and RB1 production are poised to follow, provided he can stay on the field for a full season once again.
