Celtics Rival Pistons Receive Troublesome Cade Cunningham Health Update

The East-leading Detroit Pistons received a difficult health update on Thursday regarding their superstar MVP candidate, Cade Cunningham.

According to ESPN's Shams Charania, Cunningham has been diagnosed with a collapsed lung and will miss an extended period.

Entering Thursday, the Pistons held a 3.5-game lead over the Boston Celtics atop the Eastern Conference.

Cunningham has been marvelous all season long for Detroit, averaging 24.5 points, 9.9 assists and 5.6 rebounds in 61 games.
