Enzo Fernandez has no intention of moving to Saudi Arabia

If Fernandez does choose to leave Chelsea this summer, the 25-year-old is likely to have several options.

However, it does not look as though a move to the Saudi Pro League appeals to him.

Journalist Ben Jacobs recently told GiveMeSport that Fernandez has no intention of moving to Saudi Arabia at this stage of his career.

How much would Enzo Fernandez cost if Chelsea tried to buy him today? 🤔 💰

Chelsea have done plenty of business with Saudi Arabian clubs in recent transfer windows, with Joao Felix, Edouard Mendy and Kalidou Koulibaly all transferring from the Premier League to the Saudi Pro League.

It has been claimed that Manchester City are also interested in Fernandez, though Chelsea are under no pressure to sell to their English rivals or anyone else. Fernandez has a contract until 2032.

Enzo Fernandez too good for Saudi Pro League

With the amount of money that exists in the Saudi Pro League, Chelsea would surely welcome a bid from one of its clubs if Fernandez decides to push for an exit in the summer.

However, Fernandez is simply too good a midfielder to be playing in Saudi Arabia at 25. It is no surprise to hear that he has no interest in moving there.

He is one of the best midfielders in the Premier League and the world and has shown that this season.

The Argentina international has been extremely effective going forward, scoring 12 goals in all competitions. The likes of City, PSG and Real Madrid are obviously more realistic options for him and are clubs who can also probably stump up the cash for his signature.
